What you can expect
The curriculum
As a graduate of The Frog Project’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, you'll develop a strong foundation to teach yoga and deepen your personal practice, with a special emphasis on holistic well-being relating to anatomy and physiology and the practical application of yoga philosophy. Our course, designed to inspire, educate, and foster healing, focuses on a deep understanding of body and mind, integrating modern science with ancient wisdom.
Throughout our 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified YTT programme, you'll gain the skills to lead high-quality classes that blend the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. We'll guide you in creating impactful and meaningful sequences, helping you find and refine your unique teaching voice, so you're ready to teach with clarity and confidence from the outset.

This programme is ideal for those committed to lifelong learning and personal growth, with a recommended minimum of one year of consistent yoga practice.
The structure
Four Modules in 16 Weeks: Each module begins with an immersive weekend, followed by four weeks of varied learning.
Weekly Live Class & Self-Paced Learning: Engage in one live class, two practice sessions, and four self-paced classes weekly.
Live Assessments & Personal Feedback: Each module ends with a live assessment, providing personalised progress insights.
Break Weeks for Integration: A week off after each module for rest, integration, or catching up.
Rich Curriculum: Includes live sessions, pre-recorded practices, lectures, homework, and self-reflection, covering anatomy, alignment, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, and teaching practice.
Time Commitment: Around 9-10 hours per week, including about two hours of yoga practice.
Reliable Internet Connection: Essential for streaming high-quality video content. Videos are not downloadable to ensure an interactive and current learning experience.

Explore the nature of the mind and foundational limbs of yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama.
Build a robust foundation for Sadhana, your spiritual practice.

Elevate your yoga practice by deepening your understanding of the body and its intricate response to yoga, blending ancient philosophy with modern science.

Explore how the body responds to yoga through advanced asana practice and understanding of physiology and biomechanics.

Her journey, profoundly influenced by her time in Asia, has seen her skillfully merge Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary yoga practices, aiming to integrate yoga philosophy seamlessly into modern life. A pivotal figure in establishing The Frog Project, she has co-developed a pioneering 200-hour course with Liezl Hoving, focusing on sustainable yoga careers.
