There are two types of people that join us
Who this is for
Everybody’s reason is slightly different. What’s your reason for joining?
If you’re ready to teach
Maybe you’ve felt it in class, a pull to share with others what this practice has done for you. This course gives you the training, the confidence, and the community to make that real.
If you just want to go deeper
You don’t have to want to teach to do your YTT. Many join purely to understand their own practice more fully, the philosophy, the anatomy, the why behind the poses.
Not your average teacher training
What makes this different
Real teaching practice from week one, personal feedback throughout, and a rhythm built around your life.
You teach from day one
One of the things we’re most proud of on this training, is how confident our teachers are when they graduate. It might feel scary to teach on day one, but we start small and take it one step at a time. You learn to share your personal experiences of yoga and the poses, and not only understand them better, but yourself as well.
Feedback that’s actually personal
Our cohorts are purposely small. We believe in getting to know each of our trainees well, and be able to support them fully throughout the course. We don’t do big written assignments, but continuous feedback that meets you where you are and gets you to where you need to be.
A rhythm that fits real life
Taking a month off work and flying to Thailand for a residential teacher training sounds dreamy. But for many, this is not a reality. This course is designed to fit around real life. Work, kids, hobbies, and the rest. With recordings of the live sessions, and short self-paced videos, you can study with ease and flexibility.

Module 1: Foundations of Yoga
Every teacher starts here. You'll go back to yoga's roots, its philosophy and its history, and build the foundation everything else grows from. And yes: you start teaching in week one, with feedback from day one.
Across this module you'll work through the eight limbs, yoga's foundational framework, beginning with how we relate to the world and to ourselves, and moving through posture and breath. You'll also begin your own daily practice and connect this ancient wisdom to modern life so it stays accessible and relevant.
Roots & philosophy. Yoga's history and core ideas, and why they still matter today.
The foundational limbs. The ethical and personal groundwork of yoga (Yama and Niyama), then physical posture (Asana) and breathwork (Pranayama).
Your own Sadhana. A committed personal practice, done regularly, that becomes the base for everything in the later modules.
Teaching from week one. Putting it all into practice early, with feedback from the start.
