I am finding the ‘Daily Check-in’ extremely helpful and easy to use. Whenever my monkey mind starts annoying me I have been noting it on the Tracker. Within seconds there are lots of practical suggestions of what to do to become calmer. It is also a great way to see patterns and has made me aware that my most tricky time is late afternoon and so I now know to expect it and to do something about it.
